It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner, working through an injury, getting ready for a special event, or just trying to reach the next level of fitness. We have the best personal training in the Yuba-Sutter area!

Personal Training at YCRC is guaranteed to help you meet your specific needs, wants, and goals. In addition to your customize workouts, our trainers will provide the motivate you need to keep you coming back for more! It will be one of the best investments you will make for your physical health and wellness.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new effort level. We have established groups that you can join or we can help you organize a group of your friends.
Small group personal training sessions are 55 minutes in length. Custom-designed workouts are built in with different levels of fitness in mind.  The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this small group environment of 4-8 clients to 1 coach.

Irene

Irene is our Fitness Manager and has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 15 years. She has an associate degree in health and Fitness and holds an ACSM certification for personal training and AFAA certification for Group exercise. Irene has done many hours of continuing education, including Longevity Training for Seniors, Exercises for Chronic Disabilities and Diseases, so she is able to help individuals with special needs. Irene also trains people of any ages and fitness levels on machines, free weights, Pilates mat and reformer. Irene holds several certifications such as TRX Suspension Training, G.E.A.R Indoor Cycle, Yoga, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body Balance, Les Mills Core & Les Mills RPM. Irene has some education on the use of foam rollers, trigger point equipment and power plate helping her clients reduce their muscle soreness, tightness and on improving their flexibility. Irene has a true passion for improving their client health by adhering professional guidelines to their benefit. Her goal is to show her clients how to utilize their surrounding environment to their benefit and get a great workout wherever they are.

Leti

Leti has been a certified NASM Personal Trainer for 20 years. She specializes in Midlife Fitness for Women and Longevity Training for Seniors. In addition, her specialties are TRX Suspension Training, strength training with free weights, machines, the power plate, Pilates reformer, Pilates chair and Pilates mat.  Leti has a passion for health and fitness and offers her unique style of training to ensure personal success to all through commitment, education and laughter.

D'arcy

D’Arcy has 20 years of experience as a personal trainer specializing in injury care and weight management. She currently holds a Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has an Associate Degree in Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She specializes in rehabilitation of debilitated adults and post hydrotherapy. D’Arcy is a Swim Instructor and specializes in teaching adults and competitive swimmers.

Ralphie

Ralphie has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science as a Clinical and Rehabilitation Specialist from CSU Sacramento. He is certified as a personal trainer through the National academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Ralphie has always been into Fitness. From being a three Sport athlete (Basketball, Football and Track & Field) in High School. He has always liked to push to his limits inside the gym and his life revolves around fitness. As a personal trainer he specializes in Suspension training

(TRX) and Strength training for all fitness levels. Ralphie's Training Philosophy is: "My dedication to my training and education has turned into a passion of passing along the information I have gained to as many people as I can to help others experience the benefits of being more active and watching them see their true potential in the gym.

Jordan

Jordan has her Master's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in physical education along with her certifications from ISSA in personal training, health coaching, and more. She also coaches Track & Field at Yuba College and for the Fast Fast Track Club in Yuba City.

 

She has always been into fitness, from being a dual sport athlete (Basketball & Track & Field) in high school as well as in college (Track & Field). Jordan is always trying to push her limits and the limits of her athlete's in the gym as well as on the track. Her life revolves around health and wellness and fitness. As a personal trainer she specializes in basic fitness, weightlifting & special needs fitness.

 

Jordan strives to be an example to all by practicing a healthy lifestyle through her eating habits, exercise and mindfulness. She enjoys motivating and inspiring her clients to achieve their desired fitness goals through personalized workouts and is eager to help you achieve yours!

Kai

Kai is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has been weightlifting for 4 years. When not at the gym you can find him skiing, snowboarding, running, climbing and swimming. He's learned how to plan workouts that help you build strength and ability as well as keep with the stresses of daily life and activities through corrective exercises and balancing workloads to keep your joints and posture in the best condition. He is always researching and staying up to date on the latest science in fitness and nutrition, helping you get the most out of your time in the gym to reach optimum performance as well as feel amazing.
